These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “User”) and Global Trade House, having its registered office at 323, 3rd Floor, Milinda Manor, Regal Circle, Opposite TI Next Mall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (“Global Trade House”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and govern your access to and use of the website eximgth.com, the related sub-domains, mobile applications and all educational, mentorship, consultancy, community and payment services offered through them (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, enrolling in a programme or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Minors below 18 may use the Services only under parental or legal guardian supervision and with the guardian’s prior consent and account.
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are inactive, fraudulent, in breach of these Terms or used to abuse other users, mentors or our staff.

Course content, schedules, prices and inclusions may be revised from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your enrolment is the version that applies to you for that cohort.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise. For international students, prices may be displayed in foreign currency for reference; the actual charge is in the displayed currency at the rate of the payment processor.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By making a payment you also agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment processor.
On successful payment we issue a GST-compliant tax invoice. The invoice accurately reflects the GSTIN of Global Trade House and, where supplied by you, your buyer GSTIN. EMI options, if shown on the checkout, are facilitated by partner banks / non-banking finance companies; their terms apply in addition to ours.
If a payment fails, the Services may not be activated until a successful replacement payment is received. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, but revisions do not affect already-confirmed enrolments.
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Please read it before enrolling.
All course content, videos, written materials, templates, software, code, trademarks, logos, brand names, artwork, photographs and other materials made available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to Global Trade House and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual-property laws.
On your enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning. You shall not:
We may revoke this licence with immediate effect for any breach, without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to us.
When you post a question, review, testimonial, assignment, comment or any other content (“UGC”) on the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and use that UGC for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own the UGC or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove UGC that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (Google, Razorpay, Stripe, SendGrid, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Their use is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their performance, availability or content.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Educational outcomes vary by learner; we do not guarantee a specific job, business outcome, shipment or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the aggregate liability of Global Trade House, its directors, employees and agents arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Trade House, its directors, employees, affiliates and agents against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any UGC you post.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, pandemics, fire, flood, internet outages, power failures, strikes, war, civil unrest, or third-party service failures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to §15 below, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Before initiating any legal action, you and Global Trade House agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by writing to gthindore@gmail.com with a clear statement of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh and the language shall be English.
Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the appropriate Consumer Forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified via email and a banner on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
