Refund & cancellation policy

For all cohort-based programmes (Master Course, Foundation Course, MSME Export Readiness, etc.) you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that, at the time of the request:

• You have not attended more than two live sessions.
• You have not downloaded any proprietary template, recording or worksheet.
• You have not been issued a certificate of completion.

If any of the above thresholds have been crossed, the enrolment is treated as substantially consumed and is not eligible for a cash refund. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort instead.

Crash courses, self-paced video courses and downloadable templates are non-refundable once the first lesson or asset has been accessed. If you have not opened any content within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

For ticketed workshops and live webinars, you may cancel up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund or a free transfer to the next edition. Cancellations within 72 hours are not refundable, but we will share the recording (where available) so you can complete the session asynchronously.

You may reschedule or cancel a 1:1 mentor session free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Multi-session retainers are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered; unused sessions roll over once for up to 90 days.

Enterprise training, in-person workshops and custom corporate programmes are governed by the signed statement of work or quotation. Refunds, milestones and cancellation charges are as agreed in that document and override the windows above.

International tour packages have separate refund slabs because of pre-paid non-recoverable costs (flights, visas, hotels). The exact slab is shared at the time of booking. Typically: 60+ days before travel — full refund minus visa fees; 30–60 days — 50%; under 30 days — non-refundable. Force-majeure cases (visa rejection, government travel advisory) are evaluated case-by-case.

• Your registered email and phone number.
• The order ID or invoice number (visible in your dashboard).
• The Razorpay or Stripe payment ID, if available.
• The reason for the refund.

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. Once initiated, your bank or card issuer typically credits the amount within:

• UPI / wallet — 1 to 3 business days.
• Domestic debit / credit cards — 5 to 7 business days.
• Net-banking — 5 to 7 business days.
• International cards — up to 14 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment instrument — we cannot redirect to a different card or account. Bank holidays and weekends are excluded from these counts.

If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting us, your account access will be suspended pending the bank’s investigation. We cooperate fully with bank disputes and will share enrolment, attendance and access logs as evidence. Where a chargeback is found in our favour, we reserve the right to recover the bank’s dispute-handling fee from any future purchase.

Where a refund is granted on an invoice that already carried GST, the refunded amount includes the GST component. We will also issue a credit note that adjusts your GST records, in line with §34 of the CGST Act, 2017.
